Hailing from Chiang Mai in northern Thailand, Tanayut brings over three decades of massage expertise to True Thai Therapy. With 27 years of experience in Thailand, followed by stints in London and Edinburgh, he offers a wealth of knowledge in traditional Thai techniques. Trained at Trang Polytechnic College and the Old Traditions Thai Massage School, Tanayut specializes in Thai massage, acupressure, hot stones, tok sen, deep tissue oil, and foot massage. For this treatment, you will be lying on a mat on a raised bed, wearing comfortable clothing which we provide. Oils are not used with this treatment. The hardness of the stone and the heat penetrating into the body makes for a deep tissue massage which as well as being very relaxing, can enable long held tensions to be softened and released.
